As we begin our pre-closing down sale, please note that all purchases made from June 17th to June 30th 2025 can be returned for store credit only within 14 days of confirmed delivery date. Please note we have to physically receive the return by the 14th calendar day.

If we find the item is not returned in a resalable condition or with the hygiene label intact we will not be able to accept the return.

From 1st July 2025 our main closing down sale event will go live. All orders placed from 1st July are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

We are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason after this date.

❌ We are unable to accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Wrong size or fit

• Any item purchased during the main closing down sale from 1st July

This policy applies to all orders placed from June 17th 2025 until the store closure.
