Once an order is placed we are unable to cancel your order. Please make sure you are happy before placing an order as it costs us a transaction fee to process an order despite any cancellations.
As a small business we are unable to forfeit these costs on behalf of customers changing their minds.
Please process a return by following the below steps for any unwanted orders.
All orders will have a confirmation email or SMS text message sent within 15 minutes of ordering.
If you completed check-out with your mobile number please check your mobile's inbox.
If you have completed check-out with your email please check your email address, including spam folders.
If you still find you are unable to find your order confirmation, please do get in touch.
Orders are usually despatched within 1 working day. All orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched first thing Monday. When referring to working days this excludes bank holidays.
Please note there is a small delay on parcels due to a shortage of Royal Mail staff. Please allow one additional day for shipping.

Royal Mail 24hr Tracked £6.99 - We aim for the parcel to arrive next day if ordered before 9am Monday - Friday. Please note we cannot 100% guarantee the parcel will arrive the next working day due to Royal Mail ongoing staffing issues.

Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being returned to Salty Bottom. If this is the case there will be a processing fee deducted from your refund of £5 in addition to the shipping costs incurred to send the package to you and the shipping costs to be return to Salty Bottom.

We now provide complete tracking information which will show your order as delivered directly to your location.

If you have any issues on the above please get in touch however we will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages if delivery has been confirmed through the order tracking number.
We accept returns for non-sale items* within 14 days of receipt of your order so long as the item satisfies our returns criteria below. You will be refunded the cost less any shipping fees incurred.
*Sale items are only eligible for store credit only.
- Returned in original condition and packaging with the tags still attached.
- No visible signs of deodorant, chemicals, makeup or stains.
- The item must not be washed.
- The hygiene label MUST still be attached to the crutch area and not removed and re-attached.
You must try on all bikini bottoms with underwear on for hygiene purposes.
If we find the item is not returned in a resalable condition or with the hygiene label intact we will not be able to refund you.
Please send returns* to the following address along with a returns form here. If you do not have a printer please just hand write your order number and reason for returning on a piece of paper. We try to avoid sending unnecessary materials in your parcels.

IMPORTANT: If you are outside the UK and returning your item back to us you must mark on the customs declaration that the parcel contains returned goods otherwise customs duty will be charged on import to the UK. In this instance the parcel will be refused and returned back to you without a refund.
Please rest assured we maticulously inspect all garments before being posted out to our customers.
If you consider the item to be faulty this MUST be reported to us within 24 hours of the item being received by you. Any reports outside of this time frame will not be valid.

Unfortunately whilst we are a small business we are unable to offer free returns. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the costs of shipping for a return.

Due to fluctuations in stock levels we are unable to offer an exchange service.
You will need to place an order for your new preferred size and return the existing size back to us for a refund as mentioned above.
