We try our best to accommodate this. If you want to make an adjustment please email us within 10 minutes of ordering as we will try to rectify the issue before our warehouse despatches the order.
Please note a 3.5% payment processing fee charged by our merchants will be deducted if an order is cancelled or amended to remove items. If you pay via Klarna this fee is increased to 6.5%
As a small business we are unable to forfeit these costs on behalf of customers changing their minds.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct taxes and customs charges are paid according to their own countries legislation.
Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being returned to Salty Bottom. If this is the case there will be a processing fee deducted from your refund of £5 in addition to the shipping costs incurred to send the package to you and the shipping costs to be return to Salty Bottom.

If you feel your parcel has taken too long you can get in touch with the delivery provider directly to raise your concern.
We provide complete tracking information which will show your order as delivered directly to your location.
If you are unable to locate the parcel, please check with neighbours in the area and other persons living at this address.

If you have any issues on the above please get in touch however we will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages if delivery has been confirmed through the order tracking number.
We accept returns for store credit if received within 30 days of delivery date and the item satisfies our returns criteria below.
You will be issued a store credit to the value of the items returned , this excludes the initial shipping fee.
Black Friday Mystery Boxes are non-returnable.
Ordering more than one size If you wish to order more than one size of the exact same style bikini/swimsuit we will allow a refund of the additional size returned. However, if both sizes are returned one will be issued store credit and the other size will be refunded. This allows our customers to try different sizes for the perfect fit.
Returns Criteria - Original condition/packaging with the tags still attached. - No visible signs of deodorant, chemicals, makeup or stains. - Item must not be washed. - Hygiene label MUST still be attached and not removed and re-attached. - You must try on all bikini bottoms with underwear on for hygiene purposes.
For hygiene purposes scrunchies & bandanas are final sale and non-returnable.
If we find the item is not returned in a resalable condition or with the hygiene label intact we will not be able to issue you store credit.

3 - Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and an email will be sent with our returns address and further instructions.
Please note we recommend sending the item tracked as we cannot be held responsible for missing returns.
IMPORTANT: If you are outside the UK and returning your item back to us you must mark on the customs declaration that the parcel contains returned goods otherwise customs duty will be charged on import to the UK. In this instance the parcel will be refused and returned back to you without a refund.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the costs of shipping for a return.

Due to fluctuations in stock levels we are unable to offer an exchange service.
You will need to return your order back to us for store credit and re-order your preferred size.
Please rest assured we maticulously inspect all garments before being posted out to our customers.
If you consider the item to be faulty this MUST be reported to us within 24 hours of the item being received by you. Any reports outside of this time frame will not be valid.
