We try our best to accommodate this. If you want to make an adjustment please email us within 10 minutes of ordering as we will try to rectify the issue before our warehouse despatches the order.
Please note a 3.5% payment processing fee charged by our merchants will be deducted if an order is cancelled or amended to remove items. If you pay via Klarna this fee is increased to 6.5%
As a small business we are unable to forfeit these costs on behalf of customers changing their minds.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct taxes and customs charges are paid according to their own countries legislation.
Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being returned to Salty Bottom. If this is the case there will be a processing fee deducted from your refund of £5 in addition to the shipping costs incurred to send the package to you and the shipping costs to be return to Salty Bottom.
If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
In the first instance please check the tracking number provided to you via email/SMS.
Our shipping time frames can be found above. Please note they are a guideline only and therefore Salty Bottom cannot be held responsibile for shipping delays on behalf of Royal Mail and the couriers we use.
If you feel your parcel has taken too long you can get in touch with the delivery provider directly to raise your concern.
We provide complete tracking information which will show your order as delivered directly to your location.
If you are unable to locate the parcel, please check with neighbours in the area and other persons living at this address.
If you are still not able to locate the package please contact Royal Mail directly to file a complaint. You can contact them by phoning the following number 0345 774 074 or filling out a claims form here
If you have any issues on the above please get in touch however we will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages if delivery has been confirmed through the order tracking number.
Orders placed from 1st February 2023 - We accept returns for refund* or store credit if returned within 14 days of order despatch date and the item satisfies our returns criteria below.
*refunds in excess of £100 will suffer a 6% restocking fee on the entire amount to cover the costs involved with high volume returns. This fee is waived if you select store credit.
Sale Items - Items found under our 'sale section' are strictly store credit only.
For hygiene purposes scrunchies & bandanas are final sale and non-returnable.
Returns Criteria - Original condition/packaging with the tags still attached. - No visible signs of deodorant, chemicals, makeup or stains. - Item must not be washed. - Hygiene label MUST still be attached and not removed and re-attached. (we check!) - You must try on all bikini bottoms with underwear on for hygiene purposes.
If we find the item is not returned in a resalable condition or with the hygiene label intact we will not be able to authorise your return and you will need to pay for re-delivery of your refused return.
If ziplock bags are missing from the return an additional fee will be deducted.

3 - Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and an email will be sent with our returns address and further instructions.
Please note we recommend sending the item tracked as we cannot be held responsible for missing returns.
IMPORTANT: If you are outside the UK and returning your item back to us you must mark on the customs declaration that the parcel contains returned goods otherwise customs duty will be charged on import to the UK. In this instance the parcel will be refused and returned back to you without a refund.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the costs of shipping for a return.
14 days from despatch date for UK orders. International orders have 30 days.
Any returns received after this time period will not be eligible for return under no circumstances.
Due to fluctuations in stock levels we are unable to offer an exchange service.
You will need to return your order back to us for store credit and re-order your preferred size.
Please rest assured we maticulously inspect all garments before being posted out to our customers.
If you consider the item to be faulty this MUST be reported to us within 24 hours of the item being received by you. Any reports outside of this time frame will not be valid.
