Please note a 6% payment processing fee charged by our merchants will be deducted if an order is cancelled or amended to remove items. This includes refused shipments.

The delivery times stated below are from the date of despatch and are on the precaution there are no delays with Royal Mail or the couriers we use. Salty Bottom does not accept responsibility for any delays.

All orders placed from Friday at 3:30pm to Sunday will be dispatched first thing Monday.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct taxes and customs charges are paid according to their own countries legislation.

Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being returned to Salty Bottom. If this is the case there will be a processing fee deducted from your refund of 6% in addition to the shipping costs incurred to send the package to you and the shipping costs to be return to Salty Bottom.

If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

We provide complete tracking information which will show your order as delivered directly to your location.

If you are unable to locate the parcel, please check with neighbours in the area and other persons living at this address.

If you are still not able to locate the package please contact Royal Mail directly to file a complaint. You can contact them by phoning the following number 0345 774 074 or filling out a claims form here.

If you have any issues on the above please get in touch however we will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages if delivery has been confirmed through the order tracking number.

We accept returns for refund or store credit if returned within 14 days of order delivery date and the item satisfies our returns criteria below. Please note we have to physically receive the return by the 14th calendar day.

Any orders returned to us past the 14 days delivery date will not be refunded and will be returned to you at your own cost.

Sale Items
Sale items can be returned for store credit only.

Final Sale Items - 55% off+
Items discounted by 55% or more are marked as final sale and cannot be returned. This is highlighted in black on the product listing itself.

Gift Card/Store Credit
We do not swap store credit or gift cards for a monetary refund.

Returns in excess of £150 suffer a 6% restocking fee.

Returns Criteria
- Original condition/packaging with the tags still attached. 
- No visible signs of deodorant, chemicals, makeup or stains.
- Item must not be washed.
- Hygiene label MUST still be attached and not removed and re-attached.
- You must try on all bikini bottoms with underwear on for hygiene purposes.

If we find the item is not returned in a resalable condition or with the hygiene label intact we will not be able to accept the return.

If ziplock bags are missing from the return an additional fee will be deducted.

To initiate a return;

NOTE: Sale items are strictly store credit. Final sale items cannot be returned.

3 - Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and an email will be sent with our returns address and further instructions. We must receive your return within 14 calendar days from delivery date.

Please note we recommend sending the item tracked as we cannot be held responsible for missing returns.

IMPORTANT: If you are outside the UK and returning your item back to us you must mark on the customs declaration that the parcel contains returned goods otherwise customs duty will be charged on import to the UK. In this instance the parcel will be refused and returned back to you without a refund.

Returns are processed on Thursdays each week. Please then allow 5-7 working days from the date of the returns received email to receive your refund (non-sale items).

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the costs of shipping for a return.

Exchanges are currently unavailable. Please re-order the size you want through our website and return the initial item for a refund.

Please rest assured we meticulously inspect all garments before being posted out to our customers.

If you consider the item to be faulty this MUST be reported to us within 24 hours of the item being received by you. Any reports outside of this time frame will not be valid.
