Measure the circumference of your waist. This is at the smallest part of your torso generally above the belly button, ensure to relax to get an accurate measurement.
Measure the circumference of your hips. This is the fullest part of your hips. Ensure to stand tall and with your feet flat to get an accurate measurement. Wrap the tape measure around until it meets together.
